What you'll do:

  • Plan engaging, child-led activities (Montessori + FLIGHT inspired)
  • Create a safe, inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels seen and supported
  • Observe/document learning and support children's development through routines and play
  • Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with your team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming classroom
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Alberta ECE Certification Level 1, 2, or 3 (or equivalent, e.g., B.Ed.)
  • Standard First Aid + Infant/Child CPR
  • Clear Criminal Record Check + Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Experience in licensed child care is an asset
  • Montessori and/or FLIGHT experience is a strong asset
  • Bonus: Class 5 driver's license (required for OSC transportation)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.64-$30.62 per hour
