The Role 
As a Frontend Developer at Capco, you'll design and build modern, responsive user interfaces for Wealth & Asset Management platforms. You'll work closely with backend engineers, product partners, and designers to deliver accessible, performant solutions that translate complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences. 

What You'll Do 

Build and maintain front end applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript Develop responsive, accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind Integrate frontend solutions with APIs, applying strong data structures and algorithmic thinking Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams alongside Product, QA, UAT, and backend development partners Contribute to testing, quality, and performance using tools such as Vitest and modern build pipelines 

What We're Looking For 

Professional experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript in production environments Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frontend architecture Experience working with APIs, SQL fundamentals, and Unix/Linux environments Familiarity with frontend tooling and IDEs such as Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDEA Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork 

Bonus Points For 

Experience with Vite or similar modern frontend build tools Exposure to backend technologies such as Java and Spring Framework Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) Understanding of Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement Background in Wealth & Asset Management or broader financial services
