Our client, AMZ Prep is looking for a senior-level
Logistics Client Success Manager
who thrives at the intersection of data, operations, and client relationships. This role owns the full client experience—from onboarding to daily execution—while driving operational clarity across inbound, outbound, and inventory. You'll be hands-on with merchant accounts and play a key role in shaping how our Client Success function scales.

Responsibilities Of Role

Own Client Onboarding & Success

  • Lead structured, confident onboarding for new merchants
  • Train clients on platforms, SOPs, and fulfillment workflows
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and definitions of success

Manage Inbound Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound freight (LTL, FCL, parcel) end-to-end
  • Ensure SKUs and inventory are accurately set up pre-arrival
  • Partner with vendors and carriers to prevent delays
  • Book LTL appointments and enforce delivery timelines

Oversee Outbound Execution

  • Manage daily outbound orders across DTC, FBA, and B2B
  • Proactively identify and resolve delays, errors, or SLA risks
  • Coordinate outbound freight and act as escalation lead

Analyze Performance & SLAs

  • Own SLA tracking and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes
  • Partner with internal teams to close service gaps

Inventory Oversight

  • Monitor inventory health across all channels
  • Flag stockouts, slow movers, and discrepancies early
  • Deliver accurate, actionable inventory insights to clients

Be the Trusted Client Partner

  • Serve as senior point of contact for 30–60+ merchants
  • Lead monthly reviews covering performance, risks, and plans
  • Build strong relationships with operators and executives

Help Build the Client Success Team

  • Mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to playbooks, processes, and KPIs as we scale

What AMZ Prep Is Looking For

  • 3+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or shipping operations with direct client ownership
  • Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, and freight execution
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, reporting)
  • Experience with WMS, shipping tools, and/or Amazon Seller Central
  • Calm under pressure in fast-paced, detail-critical environments
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, accountable approach
  • Leadership mindset and interest in building scalable teams
