We are currently looking for a senior project manager ideally trading related quant experience to join our team in Montreal.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across trading marine, or technology domains.
- Define scope, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring milestones are met within budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with traders, operation managers, and IT teams to ensure business alignment.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
- Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure deliverables meet contractual and functional expectations.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within commodities, energy, or financial trading sectors.
- Strong understanding of trading lifecycle, operations, and product delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English and French preferred).
- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certification is advantageous.
