We are a leading service company specializing in merchandising, in-store marketing, and product demonstrations. We are currently looking for a Team Lead in Merchandising to join our dynamic team in Oshawa

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Starting at $21.50/hour, negotiable based on experience.

Stable Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6 AM – 2 PM or 7 AM – 3 PM.

Your Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of 4 to 12 merchandisers in executing store remodeling projects.

  • Train, support, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure flawless execution of planograms and store layouts.
  • Manage daily challenges to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
  • -Occasionally travel to different store locations
  • rare overnight stays may be required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a grocery store or Team Lead in merchandising.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is optional.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement applies – first and last 30 km not reimbursed).
  • Comfortable with occasional travel and overnight stays for specific projects.
