We're currently looking for a Sub Prime Financial Services Advisor to join our team. If you're professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

  • Guide customers through financing, leasing, warranties, and insurance options
  • Prepare and review accurate paperwork, including titles, liens, taxes, and contracts
  • Submit applications and secure approvals with lending institutions
  • Present and upgrade manufacturer warranty and protection products
  • Maintain finance records and handle post-delivery inquiries
  • Support the Sales team in maximizing profits while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Train Sales Consultants on Finance Office products and processes
  • Stay current on federal and provincial regulations

Performance Essentials

  • Previous experience in an Automotive Business Office or related role
  • Knowledge of leasing, financing, and insurance products
  • VSA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with Route One and DealerTrack (an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
  • A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
