Scope Of Position
Responsible for executing the planned activities within the Quality department to ensure timely and accurate completion of necessary tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the quality, process engineering, and production departments to support program launches and current production activities.
  • Assist in the physical inspection, testing, labeling and packing of prototype parts.
  • Assist in the physical inspection and testing of production parts.
  • Assist in checking parts on stamping, weld and final check fixtures including preparing data obtained for reports.
  • Assist on assembly lines as needed for both regular production and launch builds.
  • Assist Quality Engineers in GM EPC & Ford FIREWALL (Early Production Containment).
  • Assist Quality Engineers in customer concern sort and containment activities.
  • Complete test data entry and charting as required.
  • Work with Quality Engineers to create and update control plans for review and approval.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an engineering program.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
