Soccer Coach Supervisor

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and engaging individuals to work part-time as a Coach Supervisor with our company. You will be expected to work every weekend. If you are passionate about working with children, being active and playing soccer, this is the ideal job for you

We will train new hires to first coach with our program and then would begin training coaches as supervisors for the upcoming outdoor season (May-September You would be working anywhere from 17-25 hours a week depending on your qualifications and/or the management structure chosen for the summer (4-10 hours on the weekend and 12-14 hours during the week). Must be available Saturday and/or Sunday This position starts training Mid-March with the opportunity to become a supervisor with us starting May 1st. We run year-round and the company is expanding so there is an opportunity to grow with us

Little Kickers provides children 18 months to 8 years of age a positive introduction to sport via soccer. Our soccer skills and games are taught in a fun and non-competitive environment. Coaches employ their imagination and creativity to deliver the lessons in an engaging and playful atmosphere. Actors, soccer players, teachers, moms/dads or those enrolled in the ECE program would be the perfect fit for Little Kickers.

Compensation: Ranges from $ $18.50/hour

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and managing soccer classes for children aged 18 months - 7 years old
  • Managing, training, and corresponding with coaches
  • Reporting to and coordinating with Franchisee to ensure the high-quality Little Kickers sessions at all times
  • Opportunity for Administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Experience working with and engaging young children.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Must be able to work 3-4 weeknights and every Saturday and/or Sunday morning.
  • Reliable and able to commit to working every weekend with limited vacation requests.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers.
  • Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents.
  • High energy individual with a good level of fitness and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 3+ hours.
