We are a growing CPA practice serving a diverse range of clients in tax, accounting, and advisory services. As we expand, we are seeking a recent accounting or business graduate who is eager to build a long-term career in public accounting and pursue their CPA designation.
Role Description
This role is ideal for a recent accounting or business graduate who is pursuing, or planning to pursue, their CPA designation. You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of accounting, taxation, and client communication, working directly with senior professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong desire to pursue the CPA designation and a career in public practice.
- Prior experience or internship in a related field is an asset.
- Professional, dependable, and able to follow instructions with precision.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with accounting software and digital tools.
- Reliable, organized, and proactive — someone who takes ownership and follows through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence.
- Creative thinker who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
