Apollo Windows & Doors Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-quality windows and doors in Calgary and the surrounding area. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial windows and doors, including glass, frames, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as broken seals, damaged frames, or faulty mechanisms.
  • Measure and cut materials accurately to fit window openings.
  • Take on-site measurements for production of windows, doors, and/or glass manufacturing.
  • Seal and weatherproof windows to ensure durability and energy efficiency.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to complete projects efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
  • Document work completed and report any issues or recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Window Service Technician or similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of different window types, installation techniques, and repair methods.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
