Line Cook

REPORTS TO: Manager on Duty, Kitchen Supervisor

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: To prepare all orders correctly, efficiently and timely and to ensure that it is served at appropriate temperature.

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact specifications and to set up stations for menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

What we are looking for from you:

· Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications

· Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.

· Have an understanding of cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills

· Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail

· Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

· Must be organized and self-motivated

· Ensure a well-stocked work station and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift

· Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables and shelves

· Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards

· Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM or GM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
