The Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority (BRFA), EMS Division, is seeking a full-time Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) to fill a Temporary Maternity Leave position (with possibility of extension). This role serves the vibrant community of Bonnyville, Alberta, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact while working with a forward-thinking management team in a diverse and growing region.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality ground ambulance services with professionalism.
- Maintain equipment and vehicle readiness.
- Participate in continuous learning and development.
- ACP, Registered with the Alberta College of Paramedics (ACOP).
- Valid Class 4 driver's license (with acceptable abstract).
- Valid BLS CPR Certificate.
- 1+ year ground ambulance experience.
- F.A.R.E. test or equivalent.
- ITLS & PEARS certifications.
- Competitive compensation: $ $48.32/hour
- $3.25/hour weekend premium.
- Free on-site accommodation for scheduled staff.
- Annual Alberta College of Paramedics fee reimbursement.
