Our client is a century-old consumer goods manufacturer in Grimsby, producing essential products such as toilet paper, diapers, tissue, and medical gowns. We are seeking a licensed 433A Industrial Millwright to join their team. This is a straight day-shift position, offering hands-on work in a primarily mechanical facility. Welding skills are an asset, and employees are encouraged to cross-train in other areas such as machinist and pipefitter tasks to support a well-rounded maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, mixers, pumps, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems

  • Perform equipment installations, alignments, and rigging

  • Inspect and replace conveyor components, roll changes, and related machinery parts

  • Conduct fabrication and minor welding as needed

  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth 24/7 plant operations

  • Assist other trades with machinist or pipefitter tasks as required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Valid 433A Industrial Millwright license (Skilled Trades Ontario)

  • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Welding or fabrication experience considered an asset

  • Ability to work overtime and be available for call-ins as needed

  • Strong problem-solving skills, manual dexterity, and teamwork
