The Role: Snowplow / Heavy Equipment Operator / Snow Removal Crew Lead

You can earn $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and reliability. As a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator Crew Lead at CSL, you will lead a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment. You will play a key role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season.

There will be long hours, undesirable weather, and those "why am I awake right now?" moments, but you'll be part of a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who will support you every step of the way.
Start date: November 1st, 2025
To Apply, You Should Have the Following- G2 license and clean driver's abstract required
- Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit)
- Open availability for on-call work (snow likes to fall at night — hours may be very late or very early)
- Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
- Access to a mobile phone for communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
- Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more
- $25–$30/hour, based on experience and reliability
- Guaranteed Pay Options* during the snow season
- Paid bi-weekly
- Opportunity for full-time, year-round employment if desired at the end of the contract
