Service Advisor
in our
Paint & Body Department
. This is a
regular, full-time position
where you will guide customers through their repair journey from check-in to completion.

You will greet customers, review repair needs, schedule work, create accurate documentation, and ensure every customer receives the high-quality care Fraserway RV is known for. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and staying organized, this role is an excellent fit.

What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking service, maintenance, and repair for their RVs., ensuring they receive top-notch service from start to finish. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers and review Paint and Body repair needs
  • Schedule appointments using our Appointment Scheduler
  • Create and manage accurate work orders and technician time entries
  • Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process
  • Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters on claims
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and Warranty Advisors
  • Perform quality control checks before releasing repaired units
  • Ensure accurate billing and promptly close work orders
  • Schedule Active Delivery appointments for completed work
  • Prepare Paint and Body service estimates
  • Process payments and balance the department cash float
  • Complete Batch Out (daily accounting cash-out)
  • Create and update customer electronic profiles
  • Monitor open work orders and aged receivables to support KPIs
  • Maintain filing systems, order forms, and restock supplies
  • Support general administrative duties and assist the Manager as needed

What We're Looking For
While experience in the RV or automotive industry is a plus, we value skills and personality above all. We're looking for someone who:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Service writer or customer service training (asset)
  • Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
  • Strong typing, data entry, and documentation accuracy
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license (manual transmission ability an asset)
  • Previous industry experience an advantage

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent life experience.
  • Experience in customer service or a sales environment (1+ year preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to work.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the RV service industry.

Working Conditions

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.
  • Physical requirements include standing, bending, and occasional lifting.

Compensation: $23.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and RV industry background.
