As the Health Services Manager, you'll provide strong clinical and operational leadership to ensure residents receive exceptional, client-centered care. You'll:
Lead and promote a Client-Directed philosophy, ensuring every decision puts residents firstOversee the electronic client documentation system and ensure quality standards are metBuild trusted partnerships with residents and families through open communicationEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirementsLead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and serviceCollaborate on assessments, care planning, and ongoing quality improvement initiativesManage human resources activities, policy implementation, and operational efficiencyStep in to support clinical staff as needed to maintain seamless care deliveryWhat You Bring
A clinical background with relevant education and credentials (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, or another regulated healthcare discipline)Active registration and good standing with the appropriate Nova Scotia regulatory bodyMinimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleProven ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and accountabilityStrong understanding of supervision, healthcare operations, and best practices in care deliveryKnowledge of applicable regulations, collective agreements, and sector standardsA collaborative, innovative mindset and passion for continuous improvementAbout Us
