• Work in a multidisciplinary team embarked on a digital transformation journey of the Operations Support and Interior Completions organization (Processes development & improvements, Performance dashboards, software integration, etc.)
• Lead and deliver multiple projects in BI and AI, ensuring measurable improvements in operational efficiency and user adoption.
• Participate and collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather requirements, develop solutions, and create stories.
• Create schedule and track; Manage priorities and ensuring they are communicated and harmonized.
• Act as an ambassador of change and inspire stakeholders to adopt new apps in their day-to-day activities.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to projects' progress, user adoption and satisfaction. Provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify and address resistance to change by working with individuals and teams to understand their concerns and provide solutions to facilitate acceptance.
• Prepare and present visibility reports on various governances to different layers of the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and tools.
• Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends allowing efficient decision making.
• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Aerospace or a related field with a minimum of 10 years.
• You are educated and experienced in project management (A PMP certification is considered an asset).
• You have experience in BI/AI technology or software development lifecycle.
• You have knowledge of aircraft Engineering and/or Operations experience.
• You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential).
• You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities.
• You have a proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic and always uphold teamwork culture
• You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment.
• You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets.
• You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office (mainly Power BI, MS Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.) is an asset.
