Your Contribution

Lead and influence others through conscious, values-led leadership

Drive growth through aligned marketing and outreach initiatives

Engage with prospective clients and articulate the value of our programs

Oversee follow-ups and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Mentor and support individuals as they begin their development journey

What You Bring


• A strong commitment to personal growth and self-leadership


• A positive, integrity-led leadership approach


• The ability to work independently with high levels of accountability


• Clear communication and strong organisational capability


• Openness to learning, refining, and applying new skills


• Experience in—or willingness to develop—online lead generation (primarily via social platforms)


• Confidence engaging in conversations via phone or Zoom


• Ongoing participation in training with experienced global mentors


• Capacity to dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per day to building a new venture
