We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Esthetician & Front Desk Reception to join the Clean Slate Skin Bar team. This hybrid role combines hands-on facial treatments with front desk responsibilities to ensure our clients receive a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish.

Job Summary

In this position, you'll perform customized clinical facials, support treatment plans, and educate clients on skincare. You'll also manage reception tasks such as greeting clients, answering inquiries, coordinating schedules, handling payments, and maintaining the flow of the day. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and passionate about client care—someone who thrives in a professional, client-focussed clinic environment and loves both treatment work and client interaction.

Esthetics & Treatments

  • Perform professional facial treatments such as Custom Facials, HydraFacials, Beginner Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, LED, and post-procedure care (training provided as needed).
  • Conduct skin consultations as needed.
  • Recommend appropriate treatment plans and skincare routines to support client goals as needed.
  • Maintain high sanitation and safety standards in all treatment spaces.
  • Document treatment notes accurately and thoroughly (JaneApp experience is an asset).

Front Desk & Client Experience

  • Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, retail sales, rebooking, and payment processing.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, DMs, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support daily clinic operations including laundry, tidying, stocking rooms, and preparing treatment spaces.
  • Monitor the schedule and optimize appointment flow to maximize productivity.
  • Assist in retail merchandising, product restocking, and inventory tracking.

Qualifications

  • Certified Esthetician (diploma or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in spa, clinical, or customer-service setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with medical aesthetics or technology-based treatments is an asset (BBL, microneedling, laser hair removal—training provided).

Schedule: Part-Time to Full Time as needed. Availability needed throughout the week and Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
