As a key leader on-site, you will oversee all phases of landscape projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence in every detail. Your expertise will inspire your crew and elevate our projects to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate landscape construction activities, including planting, grading, hardscape, irrigation installation, lighting, woodworking, etc.
  • Lead a team of skilled workers, providing clear instructions, training, and motivation to meet project goals efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations, conducting regular site inspections.
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools to guarantee optimal performance throughout each project.
  • Collaborate with project manager and clients to understand project specifications and deliver exceptional results on time.
  • Manage project timelines, materials procurement, and quality control to uphold high standards of landscaping craftsmanship.
  • Address on-site issues promptly, adjusting plans as needed to maintain momentum and project integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supervising landscaping or construction crews with a strong background in landscape construction.
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques and processes including (hardscape, carpentry, softscape, lighting, irrigation, and reading plans/ blueprints.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to enforce compliance across all team members.
  • Organizational skill and keeping clear, detailed records and daily logs.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
