Position Overview:

Are you a recent graduate eager to start a meaningful career in childcare? We're looking for motivated and caring individuals who are passionate about working with children and are ready to take their first step into early childhood education. Candidates who already hold a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certification or are willing to obtain it are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Support educators in implementing daily routines and play-based learning activities.
  • Create a welcoming and safe environment for all children.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Follow licensing standards and center policies.

Qualifications:

  • Recent high school or post-secondary graduate with a genuine interest in childcare.
  • Level 1 Certification in Early Childhood Education or willingness to complete it.
  • Reliable, caring, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
