We are looking for a
Business Intelligence Analyst
to play a key role in building and strengthening the analytics foundation for GCS. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver insights that drive impactful decisions, measure the effectiveness of GCS services, and identify the most effective engagement strategies for advertiser growth.

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role in a start-up–style environment that requires flexibility, a strong data-driven mindset, solid work ethic, and a collaborative attitude. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who enjoys learning, solving ambiguous problems, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

GCS Operations focus on accelerating revenue and advertiser impact by scaling services through innovative programs, operational excellence, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with GCS leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements and analytical initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics, measure service effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, presentations, and documentation tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by continuously improving the analytics foundation and promoting best practices.
  • Support and educate business partners by providing context, documentation, and resources alongside new metrics and insights.
  • Proactively follow up on actions, feedback, and data-driven initiatives to ensure completion and alignment.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, performance measurement, and business process optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

The expected base salary range for this position is $45 – $50 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
