If you have 2 years experience leading a siding install team with direct experience installing siding products, and are organized, and reliable, you may be a good fit.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience leading a siding install crew
  • 3 years direct experience installing a variety of siding products (Vinyl, Metal, fiber cement, wood, and composite panels)
  • Experience installing building wrap. soffits, fascia, flashings, and decorative accent products
  • Knowledgeable on relevant building codes, install process and best practice
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Must own a truck with a valid clean drivers' license

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and schedule crew members
  • Conduct daily site checks and maintain detailed site logs
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
  • Liaise with clients in a proactive and professional manner
  • Address site challenges and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols and maintain a safe, clean, and organized site.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Erect and install ladders, scaffolding, pumpjacks
  • Operate aerial platforms

Certificates:

  • Fall Arrest Protection certification
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification
  • Valid driver's licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
