Wine Merchant - Key Holder (Full-time)

Schedule: Monday - Sunday ( 5 days per week, 40 hours)

Location: Woodbridge, Ontario

As a Full-Time Wine Merchant - Key Holder, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience - from the moment customers walk through the door to their lasting impressions.

You Will:

• Assist in product selection and provide product knowledge , including wine and food pairing recommendations
• Share responsibility for the day-to-day operations and flow of the retail store
• Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
• Perform sales reconciliation and handle all POS transactions
• Execute marketing initiatives and store operational programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Training will be provided.

Must Have:

• Minimum age of 19
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends (store open Monday - Sunday)
• Minimum 3 years of Key Holder experience in a customer service-driven retail environment
• Strong attention to detail, with proficiency in opening/closing procedures, handling cash, and operating POS systems
• Demonstrated sales performance and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a retail environment, including lifting up to 25 kgs.
• Steel-toe shoes (required for safety)

• Smart Serve Certification (required or willingness to obtain - company paid)
