In-Home Bathroom Sales Specialist

Are you a natural closer who thrives in face-to-face sales? We're looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join our team and help homeowners in South Calgary transform their bathrooms and kitchens. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with qualified leads in their homes to understand project needs and offer solutions.

  • Present proposals and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process.

  • Follow up consistently with leads to close deals—no ghosting allowed

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and communicate regularly with clients.

  • Hit monthly sales targets and celebrate your wins with the team.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven ability to sell and close in a consultative environment.

  • Comfortable with in-home client meetings and building quick rapport.

  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.

  • Tech-savvy with a smartphone and basic computer skills.
