About the Role:

As a Manager at Caposhie Oak Bay, you will be at the heart of our newest and most exciting store. You will lead by example, drive sales, and build a strong team while delivering an elevated customer experience. This is an opportunity to shape the future of Caposhie in one of our latest locations yet.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Build and coach a team that thrives in a high-energy, customer-first environment.
  • Drive Sales: Motivate your team to exceed targets and maximize every customer interaction.
  • Create a Stunning Store: Ensure that visual merchandising is engaging and tells a story that draws customers in.
  • Be Hands-On: This is not a back-office role—you'll be on the floor, engaging with customers, coaching staff, and leading by example.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee store performance, inventory, and day-to-day business functions with confidence.
