Our agency currently has 193+ life insurance agents and as we expand across Canada, we're seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor who is ready to serve with purpose and empower families to take control of their financial futures.
Your Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs
- Recommend tailored life insurance solutions—term, whole life, or universal life
- Educate clients on topics such as retirement planning, family protection, and estate strategies
- Build lasting, trust-based relationships through empathy, transparency, and consistent follow-up
- Maintain organized, compliant records using digital CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes
- Achieve performance targets while maintaining a client-first, ethical approach
- Identify opportunities for added value through complementary financial planning solutions
What You Bring
- A valid life insurance license
- At least 3 years of experience in life insurance or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, service-focused style
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- A motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client success and long-term growth
