Nos clients: la NASA, McGill, le NIH, Virginia Tech, l'Université Laval, Pfizer et des centaines d'autres.Ton rôle de product designer?Prendre en charge de nouveaux projets from scratch.Améliorer des modules existants pour livrer plus de valeur.Garder notre design system à jour dans Figma.Bouncer des idées avec notre designer actuel.Tu toucheras possiblement à l'app mobile, la web app, le website builder, le form builder, l'assistant IA, le flow PLG self-serve, et plus.Ce qu'on valoriseAutonomie: briefs courts, décisions rapides, livraisons fréquentes.Collab directe: tu travailles avec le CEO (PM/PO) et les devs, pas de couches intermédiaires.Action > théorie: prototype cliquable vite, feedback réel, puis on itère.Vitesse et rigueur: livrer rapidement sans sacrifier l'essentiel.Cohérence produit: accessibilité et design system respectés (beau et utile).Chez Fourwaves, tu ne trouveras pasDes comités d'approbation avec des longues cérémonies.Des audits UX interminables.Specs non figées: on remet en question si c'est pour un meilleur résultat.Le poste:100% remote, mais basé à QuébecAssurances collectivesREER collectifMatériel et portable fourniChalets et team retreat exotique
