We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Engine Maintenance Installer to perform hands-on maintenance, servicing, and repair of aircraft engines. The role involves both shop-based and on-wing/on-site work, requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and strict adherence to aviation safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of aircraft engines in accordance with applicable qualifications and authorizations
  • Conduct engine and module disassembly, assembly, and inspection activities
  • Carry out hands-on mechanical tasks in the shop and during on-wing and on-site assignments
  • Read and know how to interpret equipment manuals, technical documentation, and work orders
  • Diagnose engine and component issues, replace or repair parts, perform testing, and make required adjustments
  • Identify errors or non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented through proper departmental processes
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience with strong knowledge of aircraft engine systems, including jet and/or piston engines
  • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field, preferably with specific aircraft or engine types
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification or equivalent qualification required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree or vocational/technical training required; Bachelor's degree considered an asset
  • Fluent in English (reading and writing required)
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent knowledge of aviation safety and security regulations
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and reliability
