Program Manager, RN

Annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $95,000.

Job Description
- Motivates, directs and coaches RNs and RPNs to ensure high quality of care consistently meets defined organizational standards
- Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure the implementation and sustainability of exemplary operational practices
- Collaborate to address quality, safety and risk management issues, including the development of improvement plans
- Collect and assess key performance indicators for the programs and initiate quality improvement/process changes as required
- Lead program development and design of clinical workflows that support new models of care delivery for the target populations, in collaboration with the operations leadership team and system partners
- Prepares monthly schedule for nursing field staff, understanding available resources for program/service and keeps quality in the forefront of all resource utilization decisions
- Leads or assists with the integration of client satisfaction initiatives; ensure that all referred client concerns and complaints are satisfactorily addressed and documented in a timely manner
- Develop educational initiatives and support the ongoing development of our nursing teams
- Supportive of developing best practice Champions within the nursing team
Qualifications
- Current CNO registration in good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN), degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities in a supervisory role, preferably in a community setting
- Experience managing in a unionized environment
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients as well as program development, implementation and evaluation
- Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle
