The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate who will thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environment. As part of our growing Toronto team, you'll represent leading national brands through engaging pop-up events, street activations, and retail-based campaigns. This is a hands-on sales role where you'll connect directly with customers, promote products and services, and play a key part in driving growth for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Engage directly with customers at retail promotions to introduce products and services in an engaging, informative way.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by listening to individual needs, explaining product benefits, and helping customers choose the best solutions for them.
  • Represent leading Canadian brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. You'll be the face of the brand and play a vital role in shaping positive customer impressions.
  • Build strong product knowledge through ongoing training and coaching so you can confidently answer questions, handle objections, and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to sales goals by achieving daily and weekly targets through consistent effort, teamwork, and strategic selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to refine your communication and sales approach, share ideas, and celebrate team achievements.
  • Assist with event setup and takedown, ensuring brand displays and promotional stands are professional, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Track and report performance results to help the team measure progress and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, learning new skills in customer engagement, marketing strategy, and leadership.
