At Our Facility In Mississauga You Can Develop Your Full Potential, Sustainably, By Applying Your Expertise Within The Packaging Team As The Plant Manager
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing plant while ensuring the safety of its employees and a safe environment free of all risks
- Ensure optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in terms of occupational health and safety, production capacity, standardization of operating costs and quality
- Lead compliance with Cascades' business processes in the plant, in accordance with established business rules and best practices
- Develop and execute investment and asset maintenance plans, and meet return on investment targets
- Lead employee relations by fostering engagement, driving talent management initiatives, and providing coaching to support employee development and career growth
- Establish performance standards (availability, efficiency, OEE) in collaboration with the General Manager
- Collaborate in the implementation of optimization projects specific to your unit
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the sustainability of Lean Manufacturing best practices

- Proven leadership with 10+ years of management experience in the manufacturing sector, Pulp and Paper industry an asset.
- Inspiring presence—a collaborative leader who engages teams and drives excellence.
- Customer-centric mindset, able to understand needs and craft solutions that elevate the customer experience.
- Coaching ability to guide and develop team members toward their full potential.
- Sound judgment for effective follow-up, solution implementation, and decision-making aligned with company priorities.

- Strategic foresight to anticipate the impact of decisions on your unit and employees.
- Exceptional communication skills, with tact and diplomacy to navigate complex contexts.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for professional interactions.
- Tech agility to work confidently with various digital tools; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
