Practice Naturopathic Medicine the Way It Should Be
Most NDs end up compromising: either you're in a high-volume clinic churning through 15-minute appointments, or you're solo with the clinical freedom but drowning in administrative work that has nothing to do with patient care.
We've eliminated that trade-off.
What Makes This Different
You're joining an integrated wellness collective where naturopathic medicine can be practiced with the depth and nuance it requires. We've built the infrastructure that lets exceptional practitioners focus on clinical complexity while someone else handles everything that isn't healing patients.
Clinical Practice, Done Right:
- Appointment lengths that match case complexity minutes, you determine what each patient needs)
- Collaborate with chiropractors, RMTs, and medical aestheticians who understand root cause medicine
- Build treatment protocols based on evidence and patient-specific factors, not insurance limitations or supplement quotas
The Business Infrastructure, Completely Handled:
- Full-time reception managing your schedule, billing, and patient communication
- Social Media Marketing
- Online booking with insurance verification for plans covering naturopathic services
- Systems for patient education, treatment tracking, and follow-through that actually improve outcomes
Economics That Align With Clinical Excellence:
- Competitive compensation structure with clear benchmarks
- Patient base that invests in comprehensive care and understands the value of root cause medicine
- Autonomy to recommend supplements, testing, and therapies based on clinical judgment, not profit margins
Your Practice, Your Clinical Vision:
- Set your own schedule and patient load (because burnout helps no one)
- Modern treatment rooms equipped for the full scope of ND practice
- Support that scales with your expertise—whether you want a focused practice or broad scope
Who This Is For
You're not looking for a job. You're building a clinical reputation. Specifically:
You're clinically sophisticated. Registered with the CNPBC with current malpractice insurance. But beyond that: you think in systems. You can connect gut dysbiosis to thyroid dysfunction to mood disorders to sleep architecture. You read research critically. You update your protocols based on outcomes, not dogma.
You practice evidence-informed medicine. You're comfortable with nuance. You know when botanical medicine is appropriate and when pharmaceutical intervention is necessary. You can have an intelligent conversation with a patient's MD without defensiveness. You're not trying to prove naturopathic medicine works—you're using it where it works best.
You treat people, not lab values. You can interpret complex diagnostics, but you also know when the answer isn't in the bloodwork. You ask about childhood trauma, sleep quality, relationships, purpose. You understand that healing is rarely linear and patients need a practitioner who can hold that complexity.
You communicate complexity clearly. Patients leave your office understanding their condition, the treatment rationale, and what they need to do. You educate without overwhelming. You're honest about timelines and realistic about outcomes. You don't promise miracles, but you consistently deliver results.
You're collaborative, not territorial. You know when to refer and you do it without ego. You see integrated care as the future, not a threat. When a patient needs chiropractic, acupuncture, or conventional medicine alongside your treatment, you coordinate intelligently.
You're building for the long term. This isn't a stepping stone to your own practice. You want to establish yourself as the ND people trust with their hardest cases. You want a patient base that sends you their family members. You want a career that's sustainable for decades.
What You'll Actually Do
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments (health history, physical exam, functional medicine diagnostics)
- Order and interpret laboratory testing (bloodwork, hormones, GI panels, micronutrient analysis, whatever's clinically indicated)
- Develop individualized treatment plans using botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, lifestyle medicine, hydrotherapy, and other modalities within your scope
- Collaborate with other practitioners when cases require integrated approaches (which is often)
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and track measurable patient outcomes
- Educate patients on prevention, root causes, and sustainable health strategies
- Stay current with research and integrate evidence that improves clinical results
Scope of Practice We Support
- Comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management
- Functional medicine and advanced diagnostics
- IV nutrient therapy and injection therapies
- Botanical medicine and clinical nutrition
- Bioidentical hormone optimization
- Mental health and nervous system support
- Digestive health and microbiome medicine
- Cardiovascular and metabolic health
- Whatever's within your scope and expertise
