Maintenance Facility Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to uphold safety standards and deliver excellent customer service.
You Will Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
- Must be able to manage time effectively and complete work unsupervised
- Must have own power tools and equipment as required to perform tasks
- Basic knowledge of safety requirements
- Patch/paint and handyman experience required
- Physical endurance and ability to lift, carry and climb as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
