Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle CCB to support our utility client. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations within the Oracle Customer Care & Billing environment, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

Top 3 Required Skills:

1. Expertise in Oracle CCB modules and integration framework

2. Strong experience with APIs, web services, and middleware tools

3. Utility industry experience with billing and customer management systems

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)

2. Experience with cloud-based integration platforms

3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
