Quantity Surveyor

WestCorp Solutions is seeking two experienced Quantity Surveyors (Turnaround Execution Progress) to support an upcoming turnaround project in the Regina area. These positions will work closely with the planning, scheduling, and execution teams to track and validate field progress, ensuring activities are completed on schedule and accurately reported. Ideal candidates have a background in a relevant trade and bring a strong experience in turnaround planning and/or scheduling and thrive in dynamic field environments.

Contract Length: March – July 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify field progress against the turnaround schedule.
• Gather and validate data from contractor crews to support accurate progress reporting.
• Identify schedule deviations, delays, and productivity issues in the field.
• Support planners with real-time progress input for daily and weekly updates.
• Communicate field observations to supervision and planning teams.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, outstanding tasks, and progress metrics.
• Participate in daily progress meetings and assist in generating execution reports.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson trade certification or equivalent field-based technical experience.
• 5+ years of industrial experience, ideally in turnaround, maintenance, or construction environments.
• Background in planning, scheduling, or field coordination considered a strong asset.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, progress-tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid safety certifications (Requirements TBD)
