Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demos and explain features to customers effectively
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
  • Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
  • Use phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via other channels
  • Assist with merchandising tasks to promote sales and product visibility
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive engagement

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales preferred
  • Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
  • Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
  • Technical knowledge related to products or electronics is advantageous but not required
