Frank Lyman Design est une marque internationale de prêt-à-porter féminin en pleine expansion, basée dans l'Ouest-de-l'Île de Montréal. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) designer graphique / photographe d'expérience afin de soutenir la croissance de nos activités créatives et marketing, tant pour les supports imprimés et numériques que pour la photographie en studio.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède de solides compétences techniques en design, une expérience en photographie de studio, et la capacité de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets dans un environnement de mode dynamique. Ce poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes ainsi qu'avec des partenaires externes.

Responsabilités :

  • Préparer et retoucher des visuels pour une utilisation imprimée et numérique (publicités, bannières, invitations, dépliants)
  • Développer du contenu visuel pour le site web et les plateformes B2B (bannières de page d'accueil, mises à jour d'images, mises en page éditoriales)
  • Produire du matériel publicitaire promotionnel sur différents canaux
  • Rechercher et proposer des concepts visuels et des références graphiques selon les orientations saisonnières et l'évolution de la marque
  • Réaliser la photographie de produits dans le studio interne, puis éditer et préparer les images finales
  • Monter et éditer du contenu vidéo pour les campagnes et les lookbooks

Qualifications :

  • Maîtrise avancée d'Adobe Photoshop et Illustrator
  • Expérience avec des logiciels de montage vidéo (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro ou équivalent)
  • Expérience en photographie de studio (éclairage, composition, prise de vue de produits)
  • Expérience avec InDesign et Capture One, un atout
  • Diplôme en design graphique, photographie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs échéanciers et priorités
  • Souci du détail, esprit collaboratif et sens de l'organisation
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle
  • Expérience dans l'industrie de la mode ou du vêtement est un atout
  • Expérience avec les outils de photographie IA et outils vidéo IA est un atout
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire

Fashion Graphic Designer / Photographer

Frank Lyman Design is an international womenswear brand in continuous expansion, based in Montreal's West Island. We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer / Photographer to support our growing creative and marketing output across print, digital, and studio photography.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical design skills, studio photography experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced fashion environment. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners.

  • Prepare and retouch assets for print and digital use (ads, banners, invitations, flyers)
  • Develop visual content for web and B2B platforms (homepage banners, image updates, editorial layouts)
  • Produce promotional advertising material across channels
  • Research visual concepts and design references based on seasonal direction and brand evolution
  • Conduct product photography in the in-house studio, edit and prepare final images

  • Edit video content for campaigns and lookbooks

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Experience with video editing platforms (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Studio photography experience (lighting, composition, product shooting)
  • Experience with InDesign and Capture One an asset
  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, or related fields
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and organized
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in fashion or apparel preferred
  • Experience with AI photography and AI video tools an asset
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
