We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at World Gym In this role, you'll create positive and welcoming experiences for potential and current members, highlight our facility's benefits, and grow our community through local outreach and excellent customer service.

Must be available:

- Monday 5am-1pm

- Tuesday to Friday 7am-3pm

Locations Hiring:

  • World Gym Southland, 10655 Southport Road SW, Suite B1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Provide a welcoming and positive experience for members and prospects through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Membership Sales: Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals set by your Sales Manager and Regional Manager.
  • Facility Tours: Conduct tours for prospective members, showcasing our features and benefits aligned with their fitness needs.
  • Community Outreach: Engage in weekly outreach to local businesses to build community partnerships and generate new leads.
  • CRM Management: Use our CRM to make outbound sales calls, track leads, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Sales Skills: Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
