As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be at the heart of those interactions, creating memorable impressions and introducing customers to offers that align with their needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a changing environment, and takes pride in delivering a polished, professional experience. Every day brings something different — new locations, new conversations, and new opportunities to develop your confidence and communication skills.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our client with enthusiasm and accuracy. You'll help set up branded displays, welcome customers into the activation space, and clearly communicate the purpose of the promotion. Whether you're stationed at a pop-up stand, a busy retail corridor, or a special event zone, your role is to create a positive interaction and ensure customers walk away with a clear understanding of the offer.

You'll also be involved in gathering basic engagement metrics, identifying common questions or trends, and sharing insights with your team lead so we can keep improving how we deliver campaigns. Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to adapt are key — you'll often be the first person customers speak to, and your approach sets the tone for their entire experience.
