In this role, you'll drive integrated talent strategies that fuel growth, performance, and equity. You'll lead a talented team, oversee leadership development and succession planning, and ensure our workforce is ready for what's next. What You'll Do:
Lead and align talent strategy with business goals, overseeing both talent acquisition and leadership development to attract, grow, and retain top talent.
Optimize talent systems to support learning, performance, and career growth, including implementation and enhancement of talent management platforms.
Embed equity, diversity, and inclusion into all talent practices, ensuring our programs reflect our values and support a culture of belonging.
Grow our leaders: Design new and deliver existing leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers.
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, building strong pipelines for critical roles and coaching leaders on performance and development.
Use data and analytics to measure impact, inform decisions, and continuously improve talent strategies.
Collaborate across People & Culture on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that elevate the employee experience.
What You Bring:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on HR.
CPHR designation (or equivalent) is an asset.
Proven experience influencing senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Exceptional relationship-building and coaching skills.
A deep appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
A strong customer focus and passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
