Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead our company's marketing initiatives and drive growth across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and product management, with a proven track record of developing innovative marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and sales. This leadership role requires a visionary mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional budgets effectively. The Vice President of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and expanding our market reach through data-driven decision-making and creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee the planning, creation, and implementation of marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
  • Lead research efforts to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience through WordPress customization, and content updates.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other tools to oversee the creation of compelling visual content for campaigns.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing targeted marketing tactics and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Manage budgets for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
  • Monitor key performance metrics using analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Act as the company's PR representative. Visit partner locations regularly to distribute pamphlets, promote tours, and raise awareness among potential customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce platforms and SEO best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product management and developing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding, and general web development principles.
  • Excellent research skills to analyze market data and consumer insights for strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making in digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; college can be accepted with enough experience.
