Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and implementation of marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
- Lead research efforts to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience through WordPress customization, and content updates.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other tools to oversee the creation of compelling visual content for campaigns.
- Drive sales growth by implementing targeted marketing tactics and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Manage budgets for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
- Monitor key performance metrics using analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Act as the company's PR representative. Visit partner locations regularly to distribute pamphlets, promote tours, and raise awareness among potential customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce platforms and SEO best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in product management and developing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding, and general web development principles.
- Excellent research skills to analyze market data and consumer insights for strategic planning.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while delivering measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making in digital marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; college can be accepted with enough experience.
