We are seeking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst .

The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to extended healthcare benefits, insurance products, and personal injury workflows.
  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including claims, legal, product, and operations.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Prepare reports, process maps, and business documentation to guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst within healthcare, insurance, or personal injury environments.
  • Strong understanding of extended healthcare benefits, claims processes, and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
