About Tavo
Tavo is an AI-powered volleyball analysis platform that automatically generates highlights, stats, and match breakdowns from any game, no equipment required. Players get personalized moments, coaches get full team analytics, and parents get memories that last forever.
We are deeply embedded in the volleyball community: our founders also own and operate one of the largest volleyball facilities in Ontario and run multiple competitive club teams, giving Tavo unparalleled access to athletes, coaches, and tournaments across the province.
We're growing fast and looking for a driven, outgoing, highly social person to help expand Tavo's presence across clubs, tournaments, schools, and volleyball communities.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with volleyball clubs, teams, coaches, and league organizers
- Attend tournaments, club practices, and events to showcase Tavo
- Run field demos, explain the product, and tell the Tavo story in an engaging way
- Drive new team sign-ups through warm outreach and in-person conversations
- Coordinate collaborations with club directors, coaches, and partners
- Help design creative growth campaigns, referral loops, and community programs
- Serve as the friendly, energetic face of Tavo everywhere volleyball happens
- Collect feedback from players, coaches, and parents to improve the product

Compensation
- Base pay depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses (team sign-ups, partnerships closed)
- Flexible hours (weekends highly preferred during tournament season)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
