Role Overview:
We are looking for a hybrid marketing professional who is equal parts empathetic storyteller and organizational hub.
In this full-time role, you will serve as the voice of the Myant Health brand while simultaneously acting as the operational engine of the marketing team. You will lead our social media and content strategies, translating complex health tech into compassionate narratives. Concurrently, you will manage marketing workflows, ensuring campaigns are compliant, assets are organized, and partner launches are executed flawlessly.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on "do-er" , ready to shape the future of connected healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communications, Content & Social Media Strategy
- Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive social media and content strategy targeting key personas across (though not limited to) LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram. Define our voice on these platforms to build an empathetic, supportive community.
- Content Creation: Author insightful, long-form content (white papers, editorials) and blog posts that establish Myant as a leader in preventative medicine. Create and adapt platform-native content (short-form video, graphics, stories) to drive engagement.
- Community Management: Act as the primary voice of the brand online, actively monitoring channels and engaging with B2C and B2B communities to foster trust.
- Copywriting & Scripting: Develop compelling copy for the company website and craft scripts for marketing materials supporting B2B, B2C, and B2B2C initiatives.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications across owned channels reflect Myant Health's values and "Insightful, Empathetic" brand voice.
2. Marketing Project Management & Operations
- Campaign Execution: Manage the execution of marketing plans, ensuring final assets are compliant, approved, and delivered on schedule.
- Resource Management: Build and maintain the marketing asset library, tracking deliverables for partner launches and campaigns.
- Launch Coordination: Write clear content for partner playbooks and coordinate co-branded marketing materials to support successful partner launches.
- Timeline Management: coordinate asset creation and manage timelines to ensure the agile marketing team meets its goals.
- Website & Analytics: Maintain the organization's website (updates and development) and analyze data/reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related disciplineExperience: 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within Healthcare, MedTech, or HealthTech sectors
Must have experience:
- writing for diverse audiences (consumers, caregivers, and clinicians).
- Must have 2 years of direct responsibility for social media management.
- Must have demonstrated experience in project coordination/management.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a portfolio showcasing long-form and social copy.
- Strong project management capability, able to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (SEO, Email marketing) and tools like Microsoft Office.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- High degree of empathy and ability to handle sensitive health conversations with care.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a high-growth startup environment.
