We are committed to an unparalleled, high-quality client experience, and we are seeking an elite, client-focused Independent Clinical Counsellor or Licensed Mental Health Professional to complement our team of wellness practitioners.

The Opportunity: Lease or Commission for Mental Health Professionals

While our beautiful space provides a sophisticated sanctuary, we are fundamentally a setting for high-quality clinical practice. We are seeking a professional who desires clinical autonomy and wants to grow their clientele in a premium, highly visibility/marketed location. You would be an adjunct modality to our core team and responsible for providing your own clientele.

• Clinical Autonomy: Complete control over your practice, client caseload, and preferred scheduling (Full-time or Part-time options available).
• Convenience: Free on-site parking and access to a paperless scheduling/booking system if desired.

Your Commitment to Excellence (Required):

The ideal practitioner is highly skilled, service-oriented, and committed to upholding the studio's standard of a premium client experience.

• Core Credentials: Must hold credentials as a:
• Registered Psychologist (R.Psych) /Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
• Professional Standing: Must be registered and in good standing with the relevant provincial association (e.g., SCP, SASW, or equivalent regulatory body).
• Insurance: Must carry and maintain valid professional liability insurance coverage.
• Service Orientation: A dedication to delivering personalized, restorative, and highly professional client interactions that align with our brand.
• Client Management: Responsible for providing your own clientele and managing clinical records independently.
