Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our PM shift operations. This role is critical to ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for the PM shift
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals
  • Monitor equipment and processes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve challenges
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
  • Conduct shift handovers and communicate key updates to incoming/outgoing teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
  • Ensure proper inventory management and material usage during shift
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area in compliance with sanitation standards
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees on production procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or related environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Proficiency in using production software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
