Production Support Assistant:

The Production Support Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure accurate and timely processing related to insurance and investment policies including maintaining data integrity, facilitating communication between carriers and internal teams, and managing routine operational tasks to enable smooth client servicing and business operations.

This is a contract position of approximately 5 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in PPI back office for new or modified insurance and investment application and policies.

  • Order underwriting requirements for insurance policies where necessary.

  • Facilitate policy and client listings by coordinating with insurance carriers.

  • Manage and respond to emails using Zendesk, an email and ticketing solution to manage work.

  • Support integration and maintenance of carrier data feeds in partnership with team.

  • Assist with additional administrative responsibilities, duties and special projects as identified.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in administrative or operations support is an asset.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines.

  • Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable with high volume, repetitive tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships and work within a team environment

  • Ability to represent self, office and organization in a professional, positive manner at all times

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, Word, Excel.
