Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
  • Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques.
  • Assist with body waxing services as needed.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an emphasis on upselling services.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
