Esthetician/Hairstylist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests by delivering high-quality services and promoting skincare products.

Duties

• Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and nail care services.
• Sanitate all tools and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of skincare products available for retail sale.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding guest services and addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in skincare techniques to enhance service offerings.
• Mandatory skill: Eyebrow Threading and HairCut

Experience

• Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong skills in body waxing, customer service, and retail sales are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
• A background in hospitality is a plus, as it contributes to creating a positive client experience.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage clients in discussions about their skincare routines.
